As a matter of fact, yes! Back around ~2013; I'm surprised you remembered that!

This was back when I was just starting to discover washes and shades and edge highlighting for the first time, and I've definitely come a ways since, although the Suturvora engines aren't great examples, with thin metal trim and large flat black surfaces (still trying to come up with a good subtle highlight scheme for the carapace sections).
Yeah, it might be off-topic, but not too far; aerospace assets are still a part of Epic, right?

I managed to dig these photos of Nostramo's Lament out of the dustier corners of my painting blog archives, and I confess she hasn't handled the past three moves all that well. She needs a good spell in a graving dock, swap out her magnetic flight stand for a Hawk Wargames widget setup, replace a few broken antenna masts, and hit her with some highlighting and shadows, and she'll be right as rain again.
I've been considering breaking out my BFG sprues and kits again and building some ships for my Iron Warriors anyhow. I could use a Devastation and a Despoiler analogue; I was working on a new prow for a Retaliator build way back when, too. I know which storage box that piece is in, at least.

This isn't quite as far along as the actual prow replacement section, but it's pretty close (I contoured the dorsal armor plating, and added trim). Long-term plan was going to be to cast up a couple of generic masters and then make Imperial and Chaos variants to use to replace my fleets' Vengeance-class spoonbill prows. Might seriously restart that project, especially if the rumored re-launch of BFG actually makes it onto FW's release calendar...
