Yeah that one in the center I feel is about just right. I'd apply that to the rest as a guide.

This going to be a small force part of a larger one or an entire army?

I liked your EoV you had a few EpiComps back. Are you doing the gradient with drybrushes or an airbrush?

Initially I was doing them by wet blending, then I switched to the drybrush on the scorpion I entered in epicomp, I haven't looked back :)
