Hi all, I see the slight reorganisation went ahead whilst I was away over Easter - I for one think its a good move!

So's not to waste any time putting it to good use, I've updated my Mercenary Brush site today with 3 Epic articles added to the archives.

The first is an article about my 6mm Logan Grimnar. the Majority of the article was pulled directly from my original workbench entry when I made the piece, so a lot of people will have seen it before I'm afraid.

Second is another case of an old article on the new site I'm afraid - my Iyanden Diary has been re-formatted but otherwise remains the same as the original.

Third is actually an (almost) new article!
I've finally managed to work my way through the Speed IG / Desert Ferrin Diary & compile it into an actual article. I've added some extra info to it about naming & had a general edit as well but it still contains all the info (& the majority of the waffle...) as it was posted to these boards at the time!

Anyway, details & links can be found on the Mercenary Brush NEWS page!

As always, your stuff is incredible.  Words do not do it justice.  I wish I could afford to have you paint some things for me, but alas, funding is non existant at the moment. :p

Another update has finally mae its way onto the Mercenary Brush, so, From my News Page....

05/05/04 Big Gallery update!
Its long overdue, butjust like English Busses, if you wait around long enough 2 will turn up at once! Well, I hope you'll agree that this update certainly has enough content to count as two & make up for the gap since the previous one!
We've got updates for Epic, Blood Bowl, Void & Esrik's galleries as well as ?updated navigation on the Desert Ferrin Diary and other tweaks "behind the scenes" that help viewers get more from the site!

So without much more waffle - here's the list of new images / pages:

Imperial Guard army 3 (Agri-worl camo) for Epic:Armageddon
Warmaster Lizardmen gallery updated with new pictures & Skinks, salamanders & Terradon added.
"Blue Dude" added to the Void gallery
Tundra infantry & Rough Riders added to E:A IG gallery 2
New photos of Sisters of Battle in Esrik's Gallery
Blood Bowl Skaven added to Esrik's Gallery
Baccus Goblin gallery added in (new) 6mm Fantasy section
Baccus Amazon gallery added in (new) 6mm Fantasy section

& Coming soon: My Epic Tau (how long have they waited for a photo shoot for the new site???) & my Norse Blood Bowl team Just missed this update (too busy beating up Andy's skaven...) but will be up soon as well as more as soon as I next power down the Brush-O-Matic!

Yeah, I was in two minds whether I should add him to the site or not.
In some ways he makes my stomach turn, but in others I actually quite like the model & it was quite fun to paint.

I have a feeling It will probably loose me more commissions than ig gains me  :-:

Fantastic, how do you do it?
You couldn't make up a subliminal tape so I could listen at night and wake up as good as you?

Shock, Horror amazement! Making the best of a sh1t situation;
2 days ago there was an update on the Mercenary Brush.
Yesterday there was a small workbench update
& Today, the E:A Tau gallery is up!

Dont worry folks, this level of activity can't last long, but there's still more to come ?

An observation onTuffskull's Tau:

quoting the site: "Here we have a strain on my photography with an attempt to get a shot of the 4 shade lens detailing"

and in case you didn't get that 4-SHADE LENS DETAILING!!!!!!

:oo  :-:  :l

Tuffskull, I have to use 'flabbergasted' for the first time in my life...

Hi!

I like the tan colored tau scheme, which is the one I will use when I comission them to be painted. Although the white scheme is nice too, but the tan one I find very attractive.

Hi!

I keep fighting the urge to go for the big Tau army, but I like a lot of infantry so I need to wait until they are available in metal.

But the pictures really do make me want to just get that army painted!

Another little update, but no epic this time I'm afraid  :{

My Blood Bowl Norse team have finally made it into the galleries, despite not being quites as "polished" as I'd hoped. Time restraints now mean its unlikely they'll ever see further detailing besides the odd tatoo here & there.

Also added a few more shots of my Pit Fighter Dwarf Slayer on my Workbench.

All Details can be found on the NEWS page as usual
