Bought this of ebay some years ago, advertised as an eldar titan (and came with an actual eldar titan in the same colour scheme). However, I can't find anything like it online. Has there ever been an eldar titan with wings and a skull type face? If it is not GW, does anyone know what it is? Thanks. Pictures below:

Its old (1990ish) Hawk Exarch wings i think. Not sure where they got the head? Looks like they spliced the phantom head over a helmeted skeleton?

It actually might look quite cool repainted.
