Oh, anyone found a decent hotel in the area? the ones I could find looked... less than great. In fairness it's under 2 hours from home, so i might just drive there and back both days.

I was going to book the Mercure (esp if I can find someone to share). Normally theyre OK so didn't really look too hard at it though.

AndyH has booked a travel lodge in Northampton, I'd guess a 20 min drive each morning give or take from there.

I wouldn't normally but there's not a lot in it if I go that way (about 10 minutes).

Not 100% sure am going yet though.
