About archives minis :
I recently found an old store who still have some epic minis in stock; they have a very small range; i remember seeing :

-Pulsa rockit, track bikes, weirdboy towers, flak wagons, and big guns, for orks

- Manticora, 1 deathstrike, Chimera, griffons, bombards, hydra and maybe some sentinels for IG

- Comand landraider for SM

- Hive Tyrants, Zoanthropes, Dominatrix

There's maybe some other things, but not much (ah yes, a blister of wave serpents, but FW ones are still cheaper i think)

If Some one would be interested, i may be able to go to that store sometime next week; i bought some myself; i would send to UK or US (i must admit UK would be simpler), providing a quick payment, as i am a bit on the poor side at the time (must get a new employment) and wouldn't want to loan money for a long time.

Those are not hard to find models (no need to ask : no chaos), but i thought that i should tell you about this discovery (hey ! epic minis ! in a store !).

I'll see on the blisters i got; i'll convert the prices in Euro, as those are old blisters, and the prices are still in french francs; there are various prices. The prices are not particularily low, but it's still cheaper than current prices, and you get the various hull and little accessories (dozer blades) there were at the time. I'll post those details later.

I realize that once again, i misposted; i wanted to post this in the trade section, i don't know why i've put it there...
If Moderators would be so kind as to move my post...

Hi!

Athmos, is the store called Juex descartes?

If it is (or not) do they have the old Armies of the Imperium boxed set?

hi !

I don't think the store is a "Jeux Descartes" - this is a french group of shop, dedicated to RPG, Wargaming, Miniatures and such for those who don't know, so there are many "Jeux Descartes" in France.
This shop is in a town 200km away from my home, but i'll get there soon (to pass an exam), so i'll have an occasion to make some purchases.

The prices are (In french Francs, as they are still priced in Francs on the label, and Euros - i'll let you convert into dollars or pound.) :

Some blister at 45F - 6.85?
-like for example the 5 sentinels i bought
Some blister at 54F - 8.23?
-like the 3 tyranid princes blister, the 4 Carnifexes one, and the 3 chimera
Some blisters at 63F - 9.6?
- Like the 2 manticore one
Some at 72F - 11?
- Like the dominatrix one.

I don't remember the prices and number of minis in the blister for hellhound but i guess it would be the same as chimera, as well as for griffons; i suspect bombard to be the same price than the manticore.

Please post your "wanted list" below; i'll take everything (if there's enough blisters on the racks) when i get there; we'll work out postage prices from there; i'm in France, so you can guess posting will be cheaper for europe than for the US for example.

Cheers

Athmos

Get'em while you can Boyz ... G/W US's E:A support has not been very good so far, IMO ...   So I may just be maudlin, but the fate of Epic Archives is very much in question, IMO ...   :{

hi everybody,
i take your list Vanvlak, i'm getting there tomorrow but i'll be back late in the evening, so i'll probably post the results Saturday (but i think they still have all that you want).

If everybody else want something, say it now, as tomorow it'll be too late.

Hi!

By the way everyone I'm looking for an "unpunched" armies of the Imperium boxed set. If anyone knows where I can get it let me know.

Why you ask? Its my latest epic addiction. I'm collecting pristine second edition boxed sets in mint condition just to have them laying around a drool over them and remember the good old days...

...and yes...I'm bored.... :D

Hi!

In french eh? That would be an interesting collectors item! I've never seen a GW product in a different language.

It must look cool!

Just as cool as any other version i'd say, which is way cool, for sure :)

I got all your minis Vanvlak; i even got some reduction for you !
The Pulsa rockit were priced 81 FF (12.34 ?), which i found very expensive for those 5 minis; i said so to the seller (who want to clear his old stock), and he priced those 72 FF (about 11 ?) - this is no big sum, but that's allready something. I'll mail you later today to give you payment details. I'll probably ship the minis tomorow
