Incredible paintwork and basing on the blue minis, the sculptor truly is amazing and adding nice paintjobs to them turn them all into works of art in my mind ;)

Neither is correct. Barrels are shapeways, bases are mdf from MiniBits

Wow this is all amazing.

So the Thunderhawks are magnetised between the landing and the flying base. What size of rod/magnet did you use and how stable is it on the board? I still have a Forge World Thunderhawk and was never sure whether to glue it with 1mm pinning rod or try to magnetise it.

I drilled a 5x5mm hole and glued a rare earth magnet in. Did the same size on a Hawk Wargames flight rod. Due to the massive size of that damn thing, the magnet aint recognized unless you look for it.
The landed one is not magnetized, though.
