Your design is looking quite nice.

I'm having a bit of trouble. If I were to print/cast this ship, it should be able to be used as a 'count-as' ship. I've just got no clue as what this ship could be used as since its weaponry doesn't seem to match the rules. Does anybody have suggestions for this?

Perhaps the Prow Lance variant of the Imperial Dauntless class? Or the Voss pattern CL's? Sorry their names escape me but I think one's called the Endurance?

Or simply a Sword (although I'd have to measure one when I get home to check the size as 40mm might be a tad long)

The ship is about 50mm long. If I remove the broadside weapons it might make a decent frigate?

I wouldn't worry about the broadside batteries cause the GW Sword frigate has them too. I'll get back to you with the dimensions of the Sword later on

It's a nice ship it kind of looks to me like it is built to take quite a pounding you know a massively armoured assault vessel.

Keep in mind that it's frigate sized. I've had a few options in mind:
-Falchion Escort (just have to ignore/remove the broadside weapons)
-Gladius Class Frigate (have to ignore/remove the broadside weapons and remove the torpedoes)
-Havoc Class Frigate (have to ignore/remove the broadside weapons and remove the torpedoes)
-Apostate Class Heavy Raider (it's a Chaos ship)
-Infidel Class Raider (ignore/remove the broadside, but it's a Chaos ship)

Continued working on the escort ships, considering their size I'm still not sure whether I should make their broadside weapons modular (basically the weapons battery option you currently see, and the launch bays option).

Now we've got the Frigate and and the newly added Destroyer (formerly Corvette). The Destroyer's length will be slightly decreased (3mm at most), will still need to figure out how exactly. The Destroyer will also need some torpedo tubes...

Oh yeah, and I need to start thinking about adding an actual bridge to the ship...

Also tweaked my old heavy ordnance models. These fellows are basically large assault and transport craft used for both atmospheric and void combat. I guess it's a type of craft that later on got replaced by something smaller and more brick like in nature...

Not that much has changed about the craft themselves, mainly that I've added a component allowing you to place them on a base. I am kinda wondering when Vanguard will release their rectangular bases since I've altered the design in such a way that five of such craft (still need a cool name for them) can fit on a single on of them. :)

Hey buddy i'm still waiting on a quote for the strip bases so don't expect to see me selling them any time soon.

Nice assault craft.

For the time being the ordnance won't have to be sold with bases, worst case scenario people would (for now) order your round bases or otherwise get their own bases. I guess it's a similar 'problem' you'd be having with your flight stands for the DiD aircraft and Abomination's ships.

Ok, so I went along with the suggestions of making the frigate modular, let me know what you think!

Then I've also updated the 'standard fighter' a bit, not only adding some stems to the models, but also a nose gun:

I'm not sure yet if I'll be able to do this with the Destroyers as well, kinda worried the broadside weapon components might become too fiddly.

In the meantime, I've updated the fighter design a bit, now you'll also know the craft's dimensions.
