How about a bit of bifurcation at the end of the banner - might suggest it is more of a banner than a loincloth.

What if I just made back banner accessories? I'm already doing missile launchers and gun mounts...

I'd say make it a loose item that each customer can choose to use or not according to taste.

Off. Much cleaner, easier for people to add banners if they really want them than take them off if they don't.

Yeah pop it in loose, I love the look of it on, cries out for some crazy 80's style freehand, but as a separate accessory it would cover those that like giant 'bots naked (or not cover them, as the case may be!)

Sorry, been a bit tied up moving lately to check taccoms much. Looks great to me! Personally I'm an "on" kinda guy, but optional is probably the best solution.

Still think the shoulders could be bulked up to make it "burlier" but I still think it's great as is.

I agree with moredakka. The model should be large enough to make that a seperate bit. If not I guess I'll be cutting some greenstuff!

So is the Talos Syndicate a singular faction or are they divided into various houses/clans/etc?

Also, will there be the possibility of having bodies with shoulder/back mounted missile launchers?

I'm very curious to see how this range will further develop, especially when it comes to larger walker machines. One thing I'd personally love to see is some sort of carryall craft that can transport these walkers. In my own design adventures I've been just doing space ships, something aesthetically slowly becoming a hybrid between Homeworld and 40k. But lately I'm getting more and more tempted into doing a small transport ship that is carrying multiple (Warlord or Imperator sized) giant mechs. Sort of a small transportship to carry these gods of war into the battlefield from orbit. Hmm, one can dream...

The Talos Syndicate is a human collation of various corporations who have salvaged and reversed engineered Okami Rig technology in order to create their Talos war machines, and offers their services to the great houses for high value military contracts. While not nearly as advanced, and lacking the neural interfaces of OTC rigs - they still offer the only viable walker units to Terran forces.

Missile Launchers and additional weapons and accessories will be available.

I like the Idea of transports - in our fluff it's up to the great houses that hire them to transport them, but it's a neat idea..

And the Great Houses are basically the equal of the Imperial Guard in 40k I assume? Or do they also include power armoured troopers?

But how come the Great Houses are responsible for transporting the Talos warmachines? Wouldn't it make more sense for them to have their own means of transportation? Meaning that they could pull out if the House decides not to honour the agreement for example...

Not really - more like the houses of Dune actually. Each specializes in a particular industry - often some sort of heavily guarded tech that humanity relies on. Some have more advanced armor than others and one in particular has something close to power armor. But in general, humanity is way behind when it comes to comparing their tech to other races - no artificial gravity, FTL drives, etc.

I'm sure they have their own transports yeah - but given the extremely long length of your common tour (conventional engines make space travel downright sluggish) they'd likely join up with their employers while on contract - along with the Talos pilots and maintenance staff, etc.

Hmm, but then I'd imagine the Talos Syndicate might have their own landing craft, but that space travel would be arranged by yet another faction (neutral from the Great Houses at least) to keep the Dune vibe going on.
