cheers all.

poking away at a wrecked warp runners warhound at the moment to try and finished off a project I started a while ago.

Here's the WiP + the weapon that will have done the damage:

would have got this finished today 'cept i can't find my fine model chain, so i've had to set it aside again while I wait on more in the post.

Warhound's done, but just tacked in place for now. Bit of pipe sticking out of his head is the shaft of a grappling hook/trident from the old metal warlord weapons. Annoyingly, the warhound base detail wreck is now better painted than the banelord the feet belong to :{[]

I'm considering doing warp runners for a pair of old warhounds to accompany my salamanders. The flame blends are easy to do, but time consuming, and I'd end up wanting a few reavers and warhounds in the same scheme …

I was just today trying to find a modern looking Banelord titan - very excited to see how this turns out.

Very nice looking so far!

How big a base do you have it on? I'd guess around 80mm?

hey Glyn! it's a 70mm disc, I was worried going much bigger might start to impact play a bit in terms of measuring to base edge.

Stormwind – sorry to disappoint but it's just a bettleback on mk3 feet … mk1 feet are hard moulded to their base :( There's a pic of the titan *somewhere* back in this thread, not even a real banelord, just a bettleback with buzzsaws

*edit: huh, can't find a pic of the beetleback elsewhere in thread, so here he is anyway. The wrecked IF dreadnaught from a few pages back will be chained to his shin and there will be chain from the harpoon to the fired harpoon launcher.

Hi!

Those chain saws look great!

What kit do they belong to?

Hi!

Great kit choice to really use it as a standard in modifying titans to the khorne counter parts. :)
