I know that feeling, I bought new dice after my game with Nick on Monday!

Well, that leaves me with my delayed game versus Les.
Waiting for him to provide a suitable date for him, but haven't heard anything yet.

Gavin's dice induced loss to Jez last night puts the bad guys 30 points up again.

Because some have suggested that my straw poll of comparing "1"s is not sufficiently accurate, I have started a new system where I roll each dice once and put it to one side to record the entire set of die rolls I achieve. Last night felt a bit exceptional even for me! Out of 182 dice, I rolled the following:-

1. = 47
2. = 39
3. = 25
4. = 28
5. = 21
6. = 22

So, ~47% of my rolls were a "1" or "2", where the average should be ~33%
Conversely only 39% of my rolls were 4 or above.

Can anyone beat this?

Draw in Alan's favour against Chris last night pulling back a few points for the good guys.

This makes Alan the first player to complete all his games so may be awarded some sort of merit badge/bonus points.

2-0 turn 3 to Chris' orks vs my marines last night.

Terminators let me down quite badly this game, teleporting in before rolling snake eyes to activate and launch a combined assault (sigh...)
But on the plus side it was fun to see 4 (space 1999) Landas in action.
A unit of 3 scouts defeated one landa in an assault and have since been promoted to assault marines.

My September game with Les will not happen before the play-offs due to scheduling problems.
Should it just be counted a true draw?

Aye, that's a draw. An FYI, if folk haven't completed more than 4 games the points awarded for non played games won't be counted for establishing play off positions. Basically I don't want people finishing above folk who've played all their games by virtue of getting lots of draws for games they haven't played. Hope that makes sense?
