• The tournament/registration starts 10am. Each round has a time limit of 90min with a 1 hour lunch break after the 2nd round. We expect to finish at 7pm.
• For more information about Minigeddon and the official Epic UK sanctioned rule set please visit the
Epic Armageddon London website, where you'll also find last years armies for additional inspiration.
• The tournament consists of 4 rounds of swiss-format, using 1000 points armies!
• First round pairing will be based on clubs and armies.
• In addition to the Minigeddon format rules, games will be played with these eldritch special rules:
- 'One BTS'
- 'No retaining the initiative'
• Lists can be chosen freely from the latest NetEA Army List Compendium 2014-01-14, EpicUK lists overrule where applicable though. Please also note the adjusted army lists for the Minigeddon format (to be found in the Minigeddon rules pdf).
• Please send in your army list by the 25th of October and have a printed copy for your opponent with you.
We recommend using the
Armyforge website to create and print your army list.
• We like to encourage players to come up with new army themes for BOTT 2014, therefore an army (list) which won best painted previously can only win again if it consist of at least 50% new models.
• Entry fee is £10 on the day which helps the club to pay for the venue and terrain. There will be shiny trophies and prizes for the top 3 players and a special prize for best painted army and also for the infamous wooden spoon.
This year we'll continue last years prize theme of 'small game, big swag' with a Xenoween edition!
Top 3: 'Xenoween Special' custom miniatures
Wooden Spoon: tbc
Best Painted: unbuild resin Tau Manta
• Drinks can be bought on site. For food you'll find a competitive prized bistro around the corner as well as a Costa in walking distance.
