Hi all,
a bit late this, but the Kroot Warsphere has appeared in all its weirdness on the Specialist Games pic of the day slot. Am trying to decide whether I like it.

It's certainly got some funk to it. Don't know if all the clutter is appropriate to the Kroot look, but then again, I suppose if they're going to construct a spacecraft it's not going to look like giant Kroot anyway, so it makes sense.

There's a pic attached to one of the postings of the Kompletely Kroot (sic!) website homepage, which can be easily found off Google - I guess this avoids deep linking!

er - those nice people at Specialist G must have overheard CrimsonFury and have posted another pic of the day featuring the Warsphere. I think what i'd rally like is to see it next to something I know the size of, to get a feel for its dimensions. There is a bit of plastic stand showing, but it's not enough.

Very nice imho; it looks really finely detailed and very well constructed; something that some of Fanatic's BFG ships have lacked at points- and it is _huge_ too! -Have a look at the pics of the week to see...
I'd say the stand will need reinforcing if it wil be cast up one or two solid metal lumps!

I'm not sure about it. Although I do admit that I always knew it would be a difficult thing to pull off. I couldn't picture a spherical space ship looking menacing............Oh hang on, there's the death star!..........D'oh.......just forget I'm here.
