Thanks for the pic Aeri. This one is perfect as it gives me more details to work with.

So from the looks of this, there is two small arms at the rear that push into the rear of the rhino, while two outer arms hold the front-side.

Think I'm trying to over-engineer this :( Was trying to make a flip up door, but rhino would get in the way, so trying for a sliding doors. Also want the grapple arms to move :( still working on that while I finish the flip up flap from the chassis out to the main wings. :{[]

Always a pleasure to be able to help, you're doing a very good work here!

That's correct.

You've been very far already, as long as the rhinos are fitting well underneath the fuselage, and hold in place in a logical/physically acceptable manner, your opponent should get the idea what you are playing and the result promises to be really pleasing to the eye, considering what you've done yet!

One of six of the arms. Need to be really patient to let the plastic bond. Two pivet, was planning one more but decided against it.

Rhino held by magnets. Wings on top to check how well the base holds the weight, looks like it might just hold.

Y'know, I was ready to jump on the digital sculpting bandwagon 'til I saw these pics. ;D Nicely done.

Sorry if I missed it earlier, but where do the magnets attach?

You can just make out the circle magnets in the middle of each rhino. The two in the fuselage is hidden beneath the brown rail.

For the rhino to hang correctly, i have a 3mm gap that i used 3x 1mm thick magnets. Was trying to pad it with plastic, but cant cut rods level enough to work at the correct width :(

Additional detail, just wish i could have engineered the grapple arms to move along the fuselage.

Ah! I can see better now I'm not on the phone. :)

I hear your problems. Can I say it still looks great, though?

Finally decided to glue the wings on. Luckily even with rhinos, base is holding flat.

Think i need to pimp up the exhaust pipes.

Had a bit of trouble with spray paint. Last bit in can and bubbled a bit. Including seizing some of the joints :(

But now sorted and landing pads in place too. Just need a good few hours to paint this... if ever

That's insane, completely nuts. Can't believe you've constructed one of those out of plasticard.

Hugely impressed with your abilities, and the end result mate

Cheers
Reedar

Slowly starting to paint this. Think a bit ott as doors to be stuck on the interior!

Bottom two are parting doors for rear exit.
