Sounds very good. Do you plan to sell some of those?

As you can see the wall has the lip below:

This is what slots into the base (or could be cut off if the base isnt wanted) and then means that any extra layers can be added on top to make taller buildings:

Thanks for the bump. I've been a bit caught up with work and also getting a better quality print from shapeways.

But they have finally arrived (the pillar is MUCH better, no printing lines at all). Now Im just waiting for casting supplies.

Ive also been making something else but Im keeping that under wraps for now to see how it turns out :p

Im hoping I will be able to do a bit of casting this weekend if the bits arrive :D

OK, test casts have been done and are OK. Im just waiting on a part (Ive bought a vacuum pump to hopefully help out with getting some better quality casts). But while Ive been waiting for that (and very silent so sorry about that) Ive been working on something else. Firstly a bunker:

F=The second bit is going to have to wait. But the bunker is more something that came about because of a bigger project (coming soon :p)

OK, finally got the last bit finished of my big project. So the bunker top is actually the top part of this:

So there is a gate section which can fit a forumware warhound through (so that gives you an idea of scale, pretty damn big :p), a straight wall section, a corner section of 45degrees and then the "bunker" sections that divide them all.

Hope it was worth the wait ;)

Very nice indeed pity I've already gone ahead and got my own design modelled in MDF just done (see my thread). Wouldn't mind getting my hands on some of those spires and the turrets mind you for my model.

OK, back to the original buildings that started all this. Ive finally managed to get the moulds started and cast up. As they are modular they can be built as the smaller one or larger one and then as many layers can be stacked on top of each other to make the different floors. The ones below are all either one or two layers.

Really happy with how they turned out (even with the slightly rushed paint job).

As some people have shown some interest in these (and as I need to make some of the money back for the printing and the vacuum pump I bought to make the casting better quality). So if anyone is interested I think a fair price is:
Small building = £8
Large building = £10
Extra later for the small building = £7
Extra layer for the large building = £9

Postage to the UK would be £3.50.

And for a bit of a building bundle I was going to say a good start is 3 small buildings, 1 small building with an extra level and 1 large building. So 5 buildings for £40. I know its only a bit of a discount but better than nothing.

Finally (and I thought Id put this in as it would be something that would worry me), although I will only be selling these until I have made the money back for the casting supplies and parts if you get at least £40 worth of buildings then in the future if you want more I will keep all of the moulds and promise to cast more up.l
