Look what is out of the laser! These might end up with some rubble detail on them and cast in resin. Would anyone be interested in these in resin or as laser cut pieces?

Hmm, I hadn't thought of doing bases like that with laser cutting - looks good! Can you make them with beveled edges like the old GW ones, or do the edges need to be vertical in order to cut them?

I am guessing that bevelling is out, but do not personally care about that - I would be interested in any of the shapes presented. One question though, there is a presumption that the old GM models would fit, though I have found that the later figures do not easily fit into the earlier bases - there is a mismatch of 1-2 mm which is exceedingly irritating.

Finally, how much are you charging and in what volume?

Hi!

I had no idea you could do this. I commissioned some custom bases not too long ago. I wish you would have shown these earlier.

Definitely interested in these, the holes are burnt in right? So they're one piece?

Hi, the cutter wont put the bevelled edge on them. Personally I think a bevelled edge is wasted space on a base. But that's just my preference :)

You've got it right regarding the bevelled edge.

I'll get a photo up asap with a figure in the recesses. Great thing is, I can run a customised design, hole width etc. So drop me an email or pm if you need anything in particular.

Costs/quantities should be ready tomorrow :)

Cheers
Paul
