Looks like it was a good time. I also apologise for dropping out the week before, looks like I missed out on some good gaming. I did become an uncle suddenly though so my weekend wasn't wasted

As a new tournament attendee I'd like to say a big thanks to Steve for organising and for everyone there for making it such a fun day. I was properly buzzing afterwards (and not just cos I drank too much coffee, somehow scraped 4th, and people were daft enough to vote me best sport). Also, yes the venue was great and those of us playing on the store side tables definitely got to spread the word a bit more. Fingers crossed we'll be back there for the propsed Central London vs South London Epic Ryder Cup.

Thanks to Steve for all his effort in putting this tournament on, and to my opponents for 3 great games.

Had a blast and really hope this becomes a regular fixture in the epic UK calendar.

Ahoy, yes as Mark & Carlos say I'm CLWC but obvs no reason anyone other than CLWC folk would have known that! Thanks again everyone for a great day. My big take away learning is: Gorgon's are DC3 not 2 & Vampires need to land 15cm away from support fire units to not get destroyed if they are in the winning side in a combat but also break.

Round 1: MikeT - Thousand Sons Cult Force
Has been a first against player and army list so very entertaining and glad to observe the 1k Sons in action.
Definitely learned a lesson or two and now got even more respect for fearless 4+ reinforced armour base units.

Round 2: Steve C - Biel-Tan Elda
First time playing against one of my new club mates and a great game with two particular exciting assault by his Eldar. Naturally very sneaky Eldar tactics lead to two massive game changing brawls with a Krieg infantry formation each. Proud about my little dudes to have won both.

Round 3: Chris H - Steel Legion
Another game against a club mate and one where i experienced the full effect of psychological list warfare.
He played Deathstrikes and 2x Manticore formations which is a very tough nut to crack for my Krieg. Not gonna lie, i got demoralised pre-game and made terrible decisions during the game... Well deserved loss.


Overall a great and solid tournament day!
Personally very surprised by how good Dark Sphere as a location turned out after i dismissed it previously. I am now looking (again) into possibly moving Battle of the Thames there.
