Thanks all & rest assured there's more to come & it's my top priority this week!

On a separate note, you had asked for suggestions... How about walkways to link the buildings? The idea is that troops could run across the networks of walkways to get to the best shooting positions.

Obviously they would have to span buildings of the same height but what I was thinking is that you could sit the walkways on to the tops of the buildings. Would be looking for these to be at least 10cm & possibly 20cm) long so that there are decent gaps between the buildings. Also, I'd like them to be wide enough to accommodate one of the old square stands.

No pressure though, just a suggestion! What do you think? ;D

Walkways are a possibility ;) however, what about two 2 story buildings with a walkway linking them as a single kit? Or what about a HUGE centre piece kinda Peachtree style?

I need more time off.... :)

Ah. Sounds pretty cool.

I think I’d get more use out of linked buildings though. Bridges add a lot to a table! I suppose that means you could link really big buildings…

"Negotiations over" - Peach Trees has to happen! :D

Hmm, so far as the walkways go I still think it would be preferable to have them seperate, that way people could pretty much use them for any 2 buildings of a certain type. The tower buildings would probably be too small for walkways but others that I've built so far should be fine. Just a suggestion!

So a Peach Tree style it is....I'll have to dig out my drawing now :)

Yeah, I was thinking about it and separate walkways will be a better idea.

So last night with ZERO sleep due to the little 'un deciding he wanted to be wide awake I ended up doing what was to be a Hall of Justice. This is a prototype ONLY and needs LOTS of work doing to it yet as well as enlarging it. There will be a perimeter wall around it on the final model.

The road tile is something I'm working on where base plates with various different pieces of terrain can be dropped into it...you get the idea. Again, very poor cam phone pictures....sorry!

I was going to base my town around the cathedral, adding eagles to mimic the hall of justice... Changed my mind.

I'd now rather base my whole games room around this beast and look to recreate block mania/the apocalypse war! :D

Well i want that model for sure!

Can't wait to see the finished structure with the walls added.

Would it be possible to push the walls closer to the pavement edge to increase space behind the walls for figures?

That is super awesome. An incredibly impressive model. I can't wait for these buildings to go live on your website.
