User waiting FYI Admin

Hey CS.

Here's an email I received from one of my local new players:

I registered Mister_Bruce (email removed by Onyx) on 27th July and haven't received any notification that the account has been activated. (It's not active - I know this because I attempted a password reset and it told me so)

I registered Mr_Bruce (email removed by Onyx) today on 29th August and again am waiting for notification that the account has been activated.

Ideally I'd prefer the first one to be retained and the second one to be killed.

Again, my apologies for this delay. I have now activated the first account - Mister_Bruce. I assume that the second account should read 'The Bruce' and so have removed this.

Let me know if I have missed anything.
