The pic makes it hard to judge. Radical shadows and over exposure. Maybe edge highligting? Might make it pop?

Do the standard shoulder pad decals fit the front (on my way to work, so I can't check)? It are there smaller decals available?

Long time, no update! Over the course of Christmas and January I’ve finished up quite a few things as I try to complete projects before my next kid is born.

I finished off enough epic stuff to field my Epic Marine as Epic Dark Angles.

The predators are a little bit boring, but I couldn’t get up the nerve to try any freehand. I did take the highlights up several more layers from the previous pictures though.

Oh, and I finished the bases for the Thunderbolts.

Thanks for the kind words, guys! I just finished off this platoon of Imperial Guard. They'll probably be the last of what I paint for a while as I have another kid due in the next couple of weeks, so I'll have no time to paint :D
