Thank B ! Yes, I used greenstuff to make the various caps ... The decals are from an old OOP GW Ork Transfer set, that you can probably still find on eBay. That's where I got my more of mine. The Humans, yes way back in the Golden Age of Epic. Blood Axe Orks were allowed to have a human Mercenary Mob in their Warbands, and even renegade Orgyn. So I completely embraced that. In my "story line" I said, those were actually IG Special Ops troops. Acting like Mercs, to advise and assist the Orks in their battles ... But in reality they are there to "ferment" inter-Ork rivalries, etc. ... Keeping the Ork busy fighting among themselves or giving bad advise, etc. ...

Also in those days the Orks could have an Ork Freebooter/Pirate Mob in their Warbands too, and I'm working on 2 of those Mobs. But I took it a step further, and will use other producers models like CinC Felids from their SEM line, and some others still in the works. To be the Mercs/Freebooters in the Ork Warbands.

Why not ? It's a big Galaxy, with some Mercs. Pirates, etc. about "looking for a piece of the action" ... as the old time gangsters used to say ...

As far as stats. I use the standard IG Heavy Weapons/Support detachment stats. And for the Freebooters, etc., just standard Ork Heavy Boyz stats ... easy ... I also will use some of the other companies Aliens as Tau Alien Allies, like the Kroot ... again, It's a big Galaxy ...
