So event submission opened up two Fridays ago. Is anyone interested in running the tourney this year? If not, I'll run it as I'd like to see the Epic flag held high. In terms of planning...

I'm looking at Saturday at this point. Does that work for people?

Do people want to stick with the 3 game format? 3000 points? We went down to 2750 points last year due to time restrictions in the past, but with the new venue they'll have more space which hopefully will mean we'll have more time. Alternatively we could do something else none-tourney, or two bigger games?

Terrain will likely be our biggest handicap again, as I can't bring much. I'm checking with some locals to see what can be sourced.

The other thing we kicked around last year was a "Titan Demolition Derby" sort of event. Everyone brings one big titan and we fight it out. I was thinking EA flavored rules but more detailed with regards to system management and damage for titans. Anyone interested in that, it be a different event.

I won't be able to run it or play in it, but as I said in my email, you're more than welcome to any terrain I have left. I may be able to get some donated by a company that is working on the 1/285 scale bulidings. Let me ask about that for you.

Absolutely! I am totally down with a Saturday tourney at 3000 points. The titan match up also sounds like it would be good for a few laughs. Looking forward to it!

Hey guys, I'm willing to kick in a table's worth of terrain.

If Jimmy doesn't mind sending me a few ruins, I'll knock out some decent looking hills, forests, and maybe a cool centerpiece. I've been looking for a good excuse to bust out some Epic terrain for quite some time now.

I might be doing a course in the US for work 18th-19th so saturday would be great! (But there's a lot of "if´s" left to sort out before I can go, so don't base anything on my account)


I would prefer a tournament if it's one or the other.

I would prefer Friday as Saturday is the 40k Team Tournament so I'd be unable to attend Saturday. 3000pts sounds good though for a point value and I have a fair amount of hills/ruins that could be made available as well.

I want to go. So far the is nothing scheduled.

I am thinking about driving out. I could take 1 or 2 others from the New England area. Meet up in Albany, NY and roll. Rolling out I could transport armies and terrain in the wagon.

If so, I could supply terrain for as many tables as you would like.

Even if you guys do do it over the weekend itself (i.e. Saturday/Sunday) I'd be willing to provide a table or maybe two fo terrain if you need it, even though I wouldn't be able to play. As long as I get it back I'm driving in from Minneapolis with one buddy so we'll have the space. Let me know.

Sidenote: The same buddy driving with me is on my 40k Team Tournament Team and would be down for the epic tournament if it was on Friday

We're on the schedule. Saturday, March 21, 2015 from 9am to 7pm. I also might try for a Titan vs Titan game afterwords if people are interested. m_folias has been securing some prizes so we should have tons of swag.

Also, there's the Warmaster tourney on Friday as well.
