Exactly the sort of stuff we expect from GW - and just right for the Marine version of this list which will allow people to play with Grandma Wendy's "toys" (in several senses of the word ;) while allowing us to quarantine such frivolities . . . ;D

We've already got an Assault Ram. This is pure silly. I'd rather get some heavy flyers for the marines.

I quite like the Stormwolf, less keen on Stormfang.

Stormwolf will fly with all the subtlety of a crashing brick. A brick with 4 big engines- all the better for frashing into target even faster. And an assault ramp to get it's cargo of space barbarians into action still faster. And enough guns to shoot stuff before / during / after said crashing.

On Warseer saw 7t described as love child of Wolf and Viking longboat.

Wolftastic!

You know, the Dark Angel one doesn't look nearly so bad after seeing this. It looks like a block of milliput fell into someone's Space Wolf bitz box...

Oh wow.. that things awesome..
(yes sarcasm doesn't work well in txt)

I suppose you have to give them points for trying to make something with the least about of new work required, so many bits are just off other kits. Looks like some dude didn't have the cash for a FW assault ram so they made it out of left overs and plasticard.

Can't wait to see this in your 2.4.3 list Dobbsy :)

Mmmhmm, yes as there'll be no need for other troop types now. Death from above and all that

Looking good, will see if my marines can help out with some battles even if they are painted black!

Found a small typo in the beginning in the Great Company entry. "you may select each option only once only once per Great Company"

And just curious how "Unblooded" works. (I haven't read any of the previous debate and my English is not the best ) When you make an engage action, do you have to move as many models into CC as possible or is this only when you counter charge?
Units outside FF range do they need to make a (full) counter charge move? And the last part when they may not "choose to remain..." I'm guessing you mean that the unit must always make a full counter charge move unless this takes them out of unit coherency, right?

Hi Uven.
Basically, in any assault you have to try to reach base to base - they can't intentionally sit in the back on FF, they must attempt to move as close as possible. If they're unable to reach CC then they may FF. This applies when being assaulted as well - so yes, full counter charge move where possible to bring them base to base.

Whenever this occurs they must stay in coherency - you can't break coherency to get into base to base. If they can't make it then they may FF.

Thanks for the clarification, works like I thought just wanted to be sure :)

Found another small "thing" when I tried some builds yesterday:
The Wolf Lord is supposed to be a part of the "Hero" upgade, right? Can't field him otherwise...

6 Blood claws for 200 points looks strong, will try to spam them and combine it with the pack mentality this weekend :)

Correct. You need to have a Battle Leader or a Venerable Dreadnought in a formation to upgrade.
