I was not suggesting Disrupt on their FF or CC. Give them a 15cm shooting attack with Disrupt, in addition to whatever shooting attack they get from the longer-ranged guns. It's not unheard of, Tau pulse carbines have it.

How would that work in FF? I mean, whoever loses the assault breaks already.

Ok. So here's the question then. Does adding Disurpt really do anything useful other than give them a rule? Since they've got MW, there won't be too many thing saving the hits and allowing disrupt to come into play.

Yes, but how many RA-units are out there that they'd really have opportunity to shoot at with 15cm range and how often would they hit on a 5+ AND have the RA unit save? Do you really think it's worth adding disrupt?

How about 1x 15cm MW5+ -AND- 1x 15cm AP5+ Disrupt?

That makes the secutors considerably weaker than before. They currently have 2x MM per stand. This would give them 2x Graviton Imploders per stand, not 2x shots with one weapon.

I think it's worth adding Disrupt just to represent their high tech crazy creations. It might nit be very usefull but still very admechish.

I think it's "in flavour" to have different weapons with funky effects in the same stand.

If you want to give them shooting power comparable to the current 2x MM, how about giving them

Plasma Fusil: 15cm MW5+
Graviton Gun: 15cm AP5+ Disrupt
Volkite Charger: 15cm AP5+ -AND- (Small Arms) EA+1

All three of those? Not so sure if that's what you are suggesting. Flavor is good but I think we should make the weapons as streamlined as possible. I have enough difficulty remembering Thunderbolt weapons

I could work with adding disrupt to the Secutor ranged shooting attack though. That would give them 2x 15cm MW5+, Disrupt AND FF MW.

I'm thinking that the Phased Plasma Fusil would be good for Sagitarii. It's pretty close to the range and damage of a Plasma Gun but puts out more shots so I don't think it warrants MW.

Coming back to this, I don't think we ever finished working through things here.

Secutors: After thinking through this further, I don't think adding disrupt to the stats is really going to make much, if any difference 90% of the time but it does add a bit of wonky flavor to the secutors so no problems there. I'm not exactly fond of giving infantry units a bunch of different weapons. Seems a bit too much effort when we can just give them one good weapon and call it a day.

So for these guys I think this came up prior to discussion on multiple weapons: 2x 15cm MW5+, Disrupt AND FF MW5+
Are we good with that for Secutors?

If so lets move on to the Hypaspists and Sagitarii.
