I contacted Francois on the French Forum. I couldn't post directly yet.
On a different note:
http://brumbaer.de/Matchmaker/index.html?aWill open a web page which would show how to handle the matches.
The letter or string after the ? is a filename. All changes will be saved under this name, so you do not have to enter the data again and again. To start a new tournament choose a new string.
The website lets you enter 4 player teams by clicking Add Team. You can edit and remove teams by clicking the appropriate links.
Once you have entered at least 2 teams, the link "start tournament" will appear.
Enter the number of games/rounds (1 to 6)in the dialog.
Pressing ok will hopefully generate a list of matches grouped in games (rounds) by the method I described in the first post.
Once the matches are generated you can't change the teams any longer. But you can press Abort tournament and the matches will be deleted and the teams can be edited again.
When you click one of the matches, a dialog will allow you to enter the match result.
Objectives is the number of objectives belt and points the number of points (units broken and/or destroyed) earned
by the respective player. When you press ok the program will calculate the tournament points (called result for whatever reason) and will generate a current team and player ranking, which will be found at the bottom of the page.
The user interface is primitive and the software has not been tested in earnest yet, but I wanted to give you an idea what the matching would be like using the described method.
The matching does not follow a fixed shame. The opponent is determined randomly and if the match will violate any of the rules, an other player will be randomly chosen and checked until a suitable opponent is found.
By the way the appointment of tables is not implemented yet.
