Hey Aaron thanks for the interest mate. I have several painting projects on the go at the moment but nothing finished to post i'm afraid.

I'll try and get something up this week but i can't say what it will be. :)

Not quite the update you hoped for Aaron but i slapped some paint and a quick wash on these little pieces today. :)

These are resin prototypes of what will be a metal cast set of palletised containers. I had these in with my AB order and think they are nicely detailed models that will add to my scatterable terrain collection and would look good on a supply type objective model too.

These arrived today, i had a batch made up for my personal use and i'm really pleased with them.

So now my chaos renegades have their trenches to defend Vraks with. :)

They did come out really well. Although they are really hard on the moulds.

To answer Athmospheric's question, the design for these is not owned by me but i do own the master models which i had gifted to me by the designer as a thank you for services rendered. So when the original attempt to get these cast up for those interested on the forum fell through i decided to find another professional caster to do a batch for my personal use.

I have no idea if the guy who did these would be interested in doing sets for other customers, he's does frequent around here so he has probably seen your question. I guess it would be upto him really and getting permission from the original designer would seem appropriate. I can enquire for you if you want but i can make no promises.

I could certainly be persuaded to buy a set of these if they're available. They'd make a good addition to my modular boards...

Hey guys as i said i had these made at my own expense as a one off. I will ask the caster if he's interested in doing additional sets for forum members and let you know.

Got these from Angel Barracks and decided to use them for my Vraks chaos forces. My thinking behind these is that they were riot/patrol armoured cars for the Adeptus Arbites garrison captured by the militia forces and militarised with chimera turrets and the like from other damaged/destroyed vehicles. These will be used as a rapid reaction type mechanised company.

I used spare otterware chimera turrets for the APC's, spare churchillian turrets for the tank squadron, made one into a open top mortar carrier and used a defiler autocannon attached to the original mg cupola as a anti-aircraft tank. Also added rocket pods to the trailer units which can be dropped of to give fire support.

The bases are meant to have a road finish as i see these utilising the extensive service road network on Vraks but the plain grey looked dull so i tried adding piles of scattered earth from barrages across them to make them a bit more interesting but i'm still not happy with the look, oh well.

This is the start of my Renegade's and heretic's "Servants of slaughter" battlegroup.
