It's a shame I didn't playtest the list already as I would have regularly used the Gothic in a TL list. You keep coming back to the IG Gothic and I agree that it is pretty much never used (could do with a drop to 125 IMO). The IG army has low strategy rating and other multiple TK and barrage options that tend to be better.
This isn't true of all spacecraft though. They're not that common, but they are used some and more than you seem to suggest. Doing a quick search on some Epic-UK lists (not exactly the same but close enough and easy to do as they can all be viewed on one page) finds:
11 out 88 Biel-tann lists used spacecraft. 5 out of 12 Tau lists used spacecraft 17 out of 43 Black Legion lists used spacecraft
You say you've had the Ark at 150 since 2011 and no-one's taken it, but it had slow and steady till now so people understandably wouldn't.
It's a real shame the Epic rules didn't make slow and steady just be 'may not be used on the first turn'. It would have made the ships with it much more usable and given the game a wider range of list builds.

No one took the Gothic either, and that was 150 too. All the ark had over the Gothic was a mostly useless bombardment. I'm sorry, but people just don't take spacecraft.
Ig has the lunar, not the Gothic, Btw.
I'd also like to note that your list of raced using spacecraft shows that armies where spacecraft have transport tend to use it far more often. So black legion or marines or tau really aren't that surprising.

Thanks, sorry, got the name muddled up for the Lunar.
What about comparing to the Wraithship specifically then? It has no transport and a choice of either a 4 MW BP OR 1 pinpoint attack for 150 points. 8 out of 88 Biel-tann lists took a Wraithship and these particular lists won more games than they lost.

Just chipping in here but, in general, spaceships certainly do seem to get regular use at least on the uk tournament scene. I hadn't given it much thought myself until I kept noticing them in lists and I'll certainly be trying them out in my Tau lists.

8 out of 88 sounds like a lot, doesn't it? That translates into 9% of the lists which doesn't make it all that common nor does it provide ample evidence that taking the spacecraft has any correlation to winning or losing. Regardless, my point still stands. When people start regularly taking space craft in AdMech lists then we can talk about a point increase. Until then, they pretty obviously cost more than folks are willing to pay to use them even with their current stats.

Yes, here I'm on Vaaish's site. Spacecraft are barely taken. In our group of about 12 players, they appeared about 3 times in the last 2 years. They are not used.
But I'm with GlynG about changing the slow and steady rule.
Biggest issue with spacecraft is IMO the drop in activations.

If they're not taken then pricing them sensibly shouldn't make any difference to anything though right?
Last word from me on this, I promise, this isn't a list I'm particularly into. At that price and in this list it looks like a very favourable choice, you stand such a good chance of making both the points and the activation cost back and more. Looks pretty obvious to me.
