Leave its head alone, looks fine as it is ;) especially if the back is bulked up with armour and a howdah and guns etc.

The head looks fine, but you should sculpt some decorative jewells/plating on it's head in the sort of style like at least the larger two (possibly all, I don't have them anymore) official epic exodite models have on their dinosaurs heads below their eyes.
