Recently I found in an old box the body of my Baron model. I've stripped him down, ready to join my newer armies, but unfortunatley his arms and banner pole haven't survived the long years in storage, so I need to come up with a solution.

I had a few broken plastic knights, so I've made up a double-barrelled battlecannon from them, but what I need now really is a way to represent the lance.

I have the shoulderpad from the plastic knight's chainsword arm, so I need to find a 'bit' that can act as the lance attached to it. As it's going to hang off a plastic shoulder I'd prefer a plastic part.

Any ideas?
