I really like them as they are, they're pretty much spot-on IMO.....may replace my saltshakers with them when it comes to doing my krieg army.....

KV-2 nothing particularly, just a big feckoff turret and the usual chunkier armour and tracks you get at heroic scale really :) currently available ones are nice but truescale makes them look a bit wimpy at 6mm

Take my money, sir - I demand it!

Why do you consider it a failed experiment? I think they look damn spiffy.

Variant E is just too large, it feels wrong compared to the Earth and Salt shakers. Variant F is the goldilocks version.

I have to respectfully disagree, it looks brutal and just the right size, I always felt the saltshaker looked a little wimpy, more so next to that brute, I would definitely prefer E over F

I rather love F myslelf. E too chunky, doesn't look to be in scale.

I'd like E if the carriage back was smaller. Wonderful pieces.

Just playing catch up here, but I really like E.

I'd be happy with E or F. I'd definitely get either.

I don't think E is too large. It would be nice if the gun could be angled up more - might make it look less "long" but that's my only small issue with it.

Edit: and that might be totally possible with it as it stands now.

the main issue with E for me is that the carriage part is much too chunky. It looks like a solid chunk of steel wider than a truck, wich break the scale to my eyes.

Yeah, maybe now I look again and compare it to the urn mover I can see this...

+1. F is perfect. Though it would be even easier to feel scale with a few infantry next to the models.

I'd say E but with the carriage of F if one has to be chosen.

But I like F as well. A two part model where you get the carriage of F but can choose between both guns would get my vote! :)

For those of you interested in adding variety to their IG with the M1391 artillery pieces, they can be purchased on Shapeways in three-packs.
