Cybershadows should be the first to be unlocked after the aircraft I think.

Never underestimate the psychological impact of "beating something" :)

JZ is right. A viewer is going to discount anything he can't see. A render is better than a concept sketch, but a concept sketch is still far, far better than a vague promise for additional rewards. I'd have at least some stretch goals and perks laid out.

Thanks for thé suggestion... This is why I've opened up for previews before starting the campaign proper. :-)

I'm following the Battle Systems Terrain kickstarter at the moment - first time I've followed one. It seems to me that it'd be good to keep at least one stretch goal ahead even if that means the last one might not get hit.

I'll pitch in for a shuttle at least. How do these things work? Can you add to your pledge later (within the time limit of course) on or would you have to make a new one?

You can add extra pledges at any time until the clock runs down - just click on the set you want, pay the requested amount (adding extra postage if non-uk) and we'll get them cast up and sent out ASAP.

The crowdfunder will run for 40 days, and will start soon (we're considering adding a few more model types to the opening lineup).

This time around do non-UK pledgers have to pay extra postage for each pledge?

£3 extra for the first pledge, £1 extra for any subsequent pledges.

It's noted near the bottom of the page.

Posted news about this second funder on the Specialist Military Publishing forum for those FWC players who showed an interest the last time round.

Actually, if you're trying to maximize your returns, it's preferable not to hit that last goal. That's why they're called stretch goals.

Now, what E&C is really looking for is pre-orders to fund a product line. Still, I think he should be staying one stretch goal ahead of the pledges. Ideally, several, up to the point where his ability to produce becomes the bottleneck.
