Best to arrange extras by email or PM at this time - the metals won't be hitting the webstore until we've got the wave 1 of metals sent out to the metals-only customers. We'll hold to the Crowdfunder prices at this time (they may end up being slightly more expensive RRP in some cases depending on the final production costs).

We'll have to see if there's something we can do for the customers that bought metals & plastics (the postage fees we charged assumed everything would be sent in a single package to save on costs, but that might result in significant delays for some customers before they receive their full orders, if they have to wait for everything to come into stock before their order is dispatched). Perhaps minor (like, £2) top-up payments from those who want their packages split (so they receive their metals earlier)?

Seems fair. I for one want my metals as soon as they are available.

I am easy.
I have lots of other projects on at the mo, so won't be doing anything with them soon. So you can either wait to send everything together or if you want to split the metals/plastics and get them in the post, drop me a PM and I will send some money to cover the extra postage.

Matt

I can wait until everything is good and ready, too. Do please post progress reports and pictures, though.

I'm happy waiting for a single package too. That seems to be a common desire, so I think you should just ask people to PM you if they want different arrangements.

Single package is fine for me too.

I'd rather only have to make one trip to the sorting office tbh! (it shuts at 2pm everyday! Which is a bit rubbish as I work till 2.30pm almost EVERYDAY!)

That and I have just begun a huge revamp of my fantasy gaming in to 6mm scale. With about 1000 miniatures on the desk, with another army being added next month, I'm sure I can wait the extra time!

But I too +1 to more info! Feed us info!

I'm happy for everything to be sent in one package - far too much to paint as it is ;-)

Thankyou everyone. :)

Latest update is that the first wave of metals have finished mastering and now are being moulded for production.

On the plastics, we're exploring the option of "cheating" as regards the number of cavities in the mould - instead of 56 separate infantry cavities in the metal tool, we might have them cut as 8x blocks, each block containing 7x figures. Believe it or not this may save us cash (and perhaps even get us some poses), even though it involvesslightly more steel to be physically cut. We're also exploring the idea of using a totally different factory that's not in the UK but may be able to offer cheaper prices.
