Is that Corvus pod really an upside down Reaver? That's what my eyes are telling me but I can't quite believe it. I'm not overly fond of the choice of green(too dark IMO) but it's definitely nicely painted.

Yep! Converted upside down metal Reaver body! I'll take a closer picture of it at some point.

It's really funny about the green actually; I quite like the darkness but a few people have said it could be brighter.

Great paint job on the super heavys and the Reaver, I like the subtle colours.

Yeah, love those super heavies. What models are they? Sorry if I'm being dense but I lost track of some of these models in about '98 - not sure if they're new GW/FW or something else...

How many points of painted modular guard are you up to now??

Approximately 6200 points of modular guard fully painted thus far, there's about another 3100 points more to come but that's excluding anything that I have en route from Troublemaker games, painted titans brings the guard force up another 1475pts and then there's the Imperator too!

I know you're itching to see a total force shot Daz: however, I'm going to wait until it's all done to show off the wonder all at once! It's getting there though and going at an OK pace so soon enough it'll all be unveiled!

So, here's the 'next episode' for you!

4 more Malcador (Defenders) to go with my 6 normal Malcadors; that brings me up to a Company for the Vraks list or 2 sets of 'Ragnaroks' with Macharius command tanks for my siege Troopers :-)





The casting on the Defenders was a bit off when i recieved these (now OOP) models so you may notice that. I've also included one of the standard Malcadors for people to compare painted over 2 years ago now! I didn't think the formula had changed all that much but I can notice a few differences in colouration etc...I'd be keen for other people to point out any differences for better or worse that they can spot so as to help me bring the scheme back into line with itself again.
