Will be interesting to see how GW take it. If you were being cynical about it, you could easily imagine that nothing will change: GW can keep sending out those C&D letters, and if someone happens to have a pro bono lawyer they might push back on it. For everyone else, it will still work.

There are lots of interesting effects of this mentioned in the thread. There are now a lot of things that GW no longer can include in those letters.
