Those shinobi look great, but they seem to be missing something to me. What is their purpose (scouts? spies? infiltrators? saboteurs?) Maybe a backpack-like something, to represent a bit of self-sustainment in the field for long amounts of time.

I dunno. Like I said, they look great, but...unfinished.

Jump packs aren't particularly fitting I don't think.

IMO these should be scouts, finding and pointing out enemy units for supporting units to attack. With that in mind a communications backpack with some kind of small aerial on one side could be nice.

Otherwise some kind of backpack for supplies or whatever.

IMO the jump packs are nice. Maybe they need a little tweaking. Smaller tubes to the sides? I like that look !

I think the Shinobi are awesome.

The jump pack definetly looks cool, but I agree that a backpack is more "in character". Maybe not a comms backpack (they all carry their own big radio?), but it wouldn't look out of place.

I think these look great. The back pack looks good too - maybe just add some detail to re-purpose it from jump to comms. Doesn't need much though - it already looks fairly generic, especially at this scale.

Let me keep playing - I like the idea of them jumping into the enemy, shooting flash bangs. Also gives the helmet some purpose - a rudder of sorts like the rocketeer!
