That cannon is Awesome!. How would it look mounted on the bed of the "truck"?

It looks like this on the back of the flatbed.

And it looks like this on an infantry base.

Hmmm, doesn't look great imo.

Constructive feedback please - what would look better?

Really like the look on the two last pictures.

It feels a bit weird sitting on top of the beast, though.

Works well on the vehicles.
On the infantry base it looks like a giant hand gun.
I think it is the ammo canister that looks like a gun handle.

Gun looks good on the flatbed of the truck, but a bit high/unstable on the front and on the infantry base. Perhaps a bipod stand near the front, or dropping the overall height?
Is it possible to get a curved ammo feed, or is that a pain? Something like this might look good:

Yup that'd be possible. Where to curve the ammo to?
A hopper on top of the breech?

Its a rare design dud from you imho. Now i see it on a base i see what you are trying to do - and it is an improvement mounted at the back but to me it looks like a 28mm rifle on a pintle mount. Maybe look at real (or heavily inspired by real) Ww2 artillery mounts for large guns - these have then be put on quad legged static base or wheeled trailer for example.... ;)

I thought it was an upscaled recoilless rifle inspiration

Thus far looks best mounted on the plastic truck. Not so great on beast and infantry base. Agreed it looks too much like a handgun due to the ammo case in particular. In conjunction with the supporting brace I keep seeing a submachine gun.

What kind of gun are you aiming for? MBT main gun size, or ridiculously overpowered mad scientist type?
