Why does the Imperial Powerfist have +3 TK (D3) attacks?

It seems completely wrong that an Imperial Titan is better than a Khorne Banelord in CC! The other chaos titans have +2 attacks for their equivalent weapons and +3 is overpowered/excessive.

Please can we change it to +2 attacks? It makes it a bit worse a deal, but still usefull and worth taking at +25 to protect your titan.

As far as I know, the powerfist has been unchanged for quite some time. Irrespective of if it feels wrong, do you have any reports that the powerfist is OP on imperial titans? Just saying it's OP and excessive isn't exactly enough to make a change. I'm willing to keep an eye on it but we need a lot more evidence before it's changed.

Looking at the black legion list, the comparison isn't straight up either. The chaos doomfist provides 4x AP/AT 4+ shots as well as the 2 attacks in CC while the Imperial powerfist only provides attacks in base contact. If I had to hazard a guess, that's why it's got two attacks instead of three.
