Not sure if anyone has seen this, but I thought I would share with the group in case anyone was interested in popping along (information is lifted from Wargames Emporiums Facebook group).

6mm day in Sheffield.

For anyone interested in 6mm, Baccus and Wargames Emporium are running a 6mm day in Sheffield on Sunday 21st July entitled The Joy of Six. Location is The Workstation, 15 Paternoster Row, Sheffield, S1 2BX.

We will be there with GHQ, CinC, and a few other bits. Baccus 6mm will have their products, also Rapier and Total Battle miniatures will be there. We are awaiting news on 1 or 2 other 6mm manufacturers as well.

On the day there will be various demo games, painting workshops and talks from various people including one of the Polemos authors.

Among the games being run will be a WWII and a Modern Micro Armour game along with a Command & Colours Ancients game with miniatures.

Also there will be a 6mm Vietnam game being put on, more details to follow on this.

For those that want to make a weekend of it Baccus will be having an open day on the Saturday and we will be running a few games in the shop. On Saturday night we will all be going for a few drinks and something to eat (Curry at the moment).

If you are intrested in coming along for the meal let us know so we can get numbers.
