I'll probably do the Pack Masters next for a change of scenery - but I'm chugging right along on my Avian to do list:

- Chief & Retinue (winged commander and non-winged sub commander units)
- Shaman (wizard / psychic character)

X - Braves - (basic soldiers)
X - Raptors (winged versions of the Braves)
X - Serpent Warriors (bulkier close combat types)
X - Scouts (snipers)
X - Ghost Walkers (caped stealth unit)

- Pack Master (beast handler and hunting hounds)

- Kleok Riders (dinosaur-like beast cav. unit)
- Kleok Cannon Beast (cannon platform cav. unit)
- Kleok Bull (larger version of the Kleok)

loving your work, i will be a customer in time...

really like the avians. like the commander render, but think he could have a master crafted style pistol. the rifle is for the Dog Soldiers.

or a symbolic Force spear/halibard, and pistol. or Force Spear, symbolic shield and slung pistol?


i also really like the bonnet

Not sure about the war bonnet but maybe it will grow on me. And yes as said above maybe a pistol type weapon as opposed to a rifle.

Thanks for the input guys! I'll do some some work on him today - I'll be adding a pistol type weapon in the pointing hand and a large staff weapon in the other.

Great armies! I look forward to using all of them enmasse (I love it all; the Neo Ashigaru are awesome, and the Tarturus Command center is one my most anticipated 6mm Vehicles, bar none) those birds need to do some sit-ups though

Someone might slip some Epic Lords of Change minis in with these on the tabletop someday...

You are going to offer both war-chiefs right? They both are nice. And I like that chain-spear concept. Use it alot more please. Though the pistol could resemble a shortened version of the long-arm, instead of a different design altogether.
