probably a bit big, but could use the chassis as the basis of a LaTD altar or maybe a CSM decimator?

I saw these whilst out shopping and was considering getting some to use as a base for Ork Fortress as I have had trouble sourcing a good source of treads (and making them for a stompa conversion took me forever!) in the right scale but I was unsure how large they were and didn't not bother in the end.

Thanks for the photo, now I know that they are a workable size, I will have to grab some one next month! :D

Since I don't need the inner mototr bit, I also got a free bunch of small cogs.

Well, you could run them in BattleGroup as battle engines, but I'm still working on those rules.

For those who have got themselves into the closed beta, they are fully-customizable elements with PR4. The idea is to allow players to include some weird and wonderful creations alongside the more conventional unit choices.

Thanks. See, I love a good cheap tank, and I could add a few bits on those to make them super large tanks. do the same thing with allot of things a scale up or two.
