I ve used the following color:
to paint kaki colors :
1/ chaos black undercoat
2/ catachan green+scortched brown (50/50)
3/ catachan green + scortched brown + rotting flesh (25/25/50)
4/ rotting flesh
5/ griphone sepia

To paint grey colors :
1/ chaos black undercoat
2/ adeptus battle grey
3/ adeptus battle grey + codex grey (50/50)
4/ codex grey
5/ griphone sepia

to paint battle damage :
scortched brown + chaos black (50/50)
Using blister foam to applicate this mixture.
