I recently built a load of terrain for the Wargames Society at the University of Sheffield and thought I would share some pictures of them with the site.
Now they aren't Epic scale, they were made for 40k, but I hope you enjoy them all the same.

A few picture of some Nids crawling over the terrain.

As well as the pictures above, I also made half a dozen smaller hills and rocky areas along with a load of scatter terrain with barrels, crates and other bits.

:P ;)

I may have to replicate everything in 6mm scale when I get round to building my Epic terrain.

Yep. Plastic pipe and copper joints. Relatively cheap and great fun to make industrial scenery out of. And the straight joints make great barrels!
Other items used include:

Redbull Cans
Pringles Tubes
Hair Wax Tubs
Bottle Tops
Metal Mesh
Plastering Mesh
Necromunda Bulkheads
Parts from Urban War Platformer and Chemical Plant construction sets
Plus the usual plasticard, foamboard, styrofoam, card, sand, glue etc.

Can anyone guess what the rock faces and rivets are made from?

Matt
