There are some excellent designs on show here. I do like the old shadow style, but I understand the copyright issues could make that problematic. The stats could also be helpful to me when it comes to having to remember stats which have changed from second edition.

Thanks for the all the comments guys, everything is still a work in progress.

Although the silhouettes for the marines are the old style, from the cards, I am looking to create some new ones (still working out how) as well as finding ones to use for everything else. The guard ones are just images from a google search which I turned black and white in MS Paint.
I can't believe showing silhouettes of the relevant models would be any more a copyright issue than all the images, words and models that are actually in the rule books. This project wasn't done to make money on GWs behalf, it's all fan based material.

Any who, my plan is to start with Marines and go from there. Obviously I have no idea how long this will take, we will see how things go.

Cheers Biss.
The missus is on call for a good part of Christmas, so I am hoping to take advantage of (unfortunately) being on my own for periods of time to finally paint an epic army and make up some of the army cards.

Nice work with the cards Mattman!
I like the clean look.
A summary at the back is nice too but not necessary. With stats on the back it will be a much more time consuming project.
In my opinion victory points, break point and morale is sufficient.

I also agree that Netepic have bigger copyright issues than the silhouettes so why not use those that exists...

uuups noticed now that the Airborne CO. has only 6 stands and 3Valkyries per detachment but should be 10 and 5 Valkyries
anyway great work and I would love to see the stats on the back .
It´s very useful if you play with unexpierenced people.

Huh? What do you mean has only 6 Tact and 3 Valk?
The Guard Army list has 10 and 5 per platoon and my card has 10 and 5 per platoon.

Slowly.
Been playing around with making my own silhouettes when I get a spare few minutes, but other things have got in the way.
It is going to be one of those things that ticks along.
