Defenately like the new head design. I think you will be selling many of these.

Looks like it's going to be a bumper year for epic scale fans with so many new items in the works.

I agree. I also think the ability to advertise these things cannot be underestimated.

There will eventually be an Onslaught rule set a well, which will allow you to create forces from ANY 6mm range, with any sort of technology base. After all, space is infinite, with an infinite number of possibilities when it comes to alien races coming into conflict with each other...

That's quite a ways down the line however... For now I'm content with creating generic minis for use in any 6mm game people wish to play :)

There is really only one objection that I can think of. I want them now! :spin What's the status on the first release? Are we there soon? No? How about now then?

Actually, the 1st wave is en route right now back to me (I'll post pics when I get them). Should be here Saturday/Monday. Then they go right to the metal casters and I'll be in business! The second wave is already at the bronze casters :)

Loving your work Deacon,

sometimes when i have a high tec 6mm sifi army , it is nice to have low tec mercenarys to act as cannon fodder. do you have any plans for conquered world allies or mercenarys for these guys... if an allied planet is low tec/wild, perhaps it can be populated by raptors, that the cannon fodder dudes could ride...

3 to a pack for the Rigs would be best for me. swappable weapons also my fav, but no worries either way.

i hope postage from Down Under will not be as expensive as Eureka minis!

Indeed there will be multiple Mercenary races such as Insectoids, Avains, and the like, along with multiple "wild" type aliens any race can utilize like hound beasts, and even dinosaur-like creatures. On that note, there will be a selection of dinosaur riders inspired one of my favorite toy lines as a kid :)

Shipping internationally is always expensive, but there are some ways to keep it reasonable - like a flat rate DVD box. To Australia its about 17 bucks. If I remove the sprues from the figures, i could squeeze quite a lot into a box that big...

As for unit sizes and pricing - One of my goals is to provide a set price across the board for all units, regardless of type. So a unit of Ashigaru will cost the exact same as a unit of mantis beasts, stalkers, or tengu assault rigs. In order to do this, I need a set number or sprues or models per unit. I chose 5 as I believe it to be the most "universal" unit size - hitting the mark more often than it misses.
