I much prefer A in style, if the tolerances of the small head at that scale can work.

I like B the best, reminds me a bit of a veritech head. I'm super stoked for all of these releases.

I like B. Since you're in the subject of piloted robots, there are these DC1 robots with a medieval theme you could look at.

I think that he is talking about Epic Knights.

Yes... I think those are covered by this topic anyway - viewtopic.php?f=126&t=24334 - so disregard. :)

Option B for me but how about doing B with a seperate sensor head dish on the sprue so that those who prefer that look can just remove the B head antenna and stick the dish on instead.

I like "B", but I think I'd like "A's" head (without the hat) combined with "B's" antenna.

I really like a lot of what's here. I'm definitely going to be a customer of onslaught

As to the models I prefer A, I think it sits better within the theme and carries across a recognisable link with the infantry, also the smaller head helps emphasize the size and bulk of the model.

If not A though what about borrowing from the drones, something like this?

I agree, stick a missile rack on each shoulder and a minigun on each arm, or better still make them swappable (if not too fiddly) and I'm sure there are plenty of people who would be battering your proverbial door down.....

I'm going to stay away from separate parts - due to how small they will be - but there will be separate weapon load-outs as follows:

Tengu Assault Rig: Gatling Cannons x 2, Missile Launchers x 2
Tengu Rig Sergeant: Energy Cannon, Missile Launchers x 2

Oni Close Assault Rig: Energy Cannon, Flame Thrower

Raiju Heavy Support Rig: Rail Cannons x 2, Missile Launchers x 2

Kirin Command Rig: Energy Cannons x 2, Missile Launcher, Kinetic Shield Emitter

Tatsu Warlord Rig: Energy Cannons x 2, Micro-cannon, Kinetic Shield Emitter, Tachi Energy Sword

Each set of rigs will contain 5 models of the same configuration, in multiple poses. The exception to this will be the Tatsu Warlord which will come in a set of one Tatsu Rig and 4 Tengu Rig Sergeants.

Thoughts?
