Hi All
Well we missed Talk Like a Pirate Day, so we thought we had better catch the release of Dreadfleet to coincide with this release which has been sitting idle for 4 months.
We wanted to present this list with painted models etc, however the reality is that models will be/are hard to find or need to be scratch built. The fact that we are playing different games (yes, other than Epic) every week, meant that it was just not a reality to get this presented the way we first initended.
Background: Initially this list was a discussion I had with Morgan Vening when I had Ork Freebooterz as part of the Chaos Squat list. I was amazed by the ramblings Morgan started to come out with for such a force and so I entreated him to re-relate all this to me in a future session. So it was that we found ourselves at 1am in the morning several weeks later, Morgan pacing up and down a portable office providing his vision of an Ork Pirate fleet, and me writing furiously. I would occasionally interrupt and clarrify certain details or offer suggestions, however this list is Morgan's baby. I knew however that if I did not scribe and present this, it would never see the light of day.
So without any further dribble, I am happy to present the Ork Freebooterz list
