SM Scouts are awesome. Arguably the best scout unit out there.

They are also amazingly reliable.

I am proposing this change to make them still formidable but less cost/price fantastic.

They would retain ATSKNF of course.

Thoughts?

Think they are fine. The crap save and crap FF make up for their cheap price and special abilities.
