I would recomment the Plasma Destroye rvariant to the Dark Angels. They are rumoured to get a Plasma-turreted Predator anyway.

Well I'd leave that to AoC to decide on incorporation to a list but it appears to be available regardless of codex (or at least I know it is back fitted to SW and BA)

Last time I checked BL was my amigo ie Co-Sub AC. Either way I think the Conversion Beam is something not needed in the SM lists. Plasma Variant for sure and added to the DA list. Where's that damn hardback $50 Codex I can't afford! ?!?!?!

The Conversion Beamer i rather would like to se ein a Minotaurs Chapter list or Horus Heresy list.

I think given the DA have no allies (so no Warhounds etc) that the Plasma turret version is a reasonable choice for the list.
