Once we have moved house and I get a room for the Angel Barracks production line I will start work on more new stuff.

I have just had these designed for me:

They are walls made by the OKI Corporation designed to protect the MHUs.

Just like the MHUs they are modular and are shipped to your site and assembled within 24 hours.

They stand slightly taller than the MHUs so offer not only protection but privacy too.

The Future is Easy, The Future is Good, The Future is OKI.

You know you could use this as Tau stuff just (they've got civis and fortifications, right?) as easily as Imperial and of course for other war games as well. Nice!

Perhaps make a little lip on the inside with a ladder going up it so you can set mini's on it? Or if you don't want to go that route make a strong point tower that can hold mini's. and possibly a strong point over the door. Very nice so far.

Oh yes, assuming these sell well then there are plans for towers, breached sections, all sorts!

A while back I posted the images of my OKI Corporation walls, designed to keep their MHUs nice and safe.

Well today I received the printed models I shall be using to make the moulds from.

Here is a quick shot of them, with much sexier shots on the blog:

Those look fantastic. I like the textured look to the walls, did they come like that, or did you do that yourself with the paints?

Cheers!
A little bit of both.
These were CAD models so when they were printed I deliberatley left the print lines on them (the vehicles I sanded them off).
So the horizontal lines are part of the model.
The other texture is paint.

Having print lines can be a bonus in the right places, it is just knowing when to leave them on!

;D

I just stumbled over this, nice fences! Will you attend the CRISIS'12 in November? Or a reseller of your stuff (I know that the guys from Brigade will attend, but you sell some of their stuff, not the other way round..)?
