how do i re-size photobucket pics so i can continue to post?

I've been using imageshack (post via URL) with the image resize options set. If you come up with something fancier, let me know...

if you go into the pic file in PB you can either Resize to a standard size (I usually choose 640x480 - hopefully this will still work), or go into Edit and resize to any size you wish.

I muddled my way to reducing one in edit but it seems a lot of trouble, can you elaborate on how you resize to a standard size as i cant see how its done?

Why do you not resize your photos in paint and then post via the attachment feature. Works for me.

Once you're looking at the single picture, mouse-over it and a list of options should appear at the top. The third option from the left (next to edit) is Resize. Mouse-over that and a drop down menu appears with several common sizes - I usually use the 640x480 option.
